Creative use of fabrics give these garments a two-piece look! Both versions feature a Peter Pan collar, long sleeves gathered at the wrists with elastic, and ruffled shoulder straps buttoned to a mock yoke. The dress features a ruffle at the hem and matching panties. The full length romper features self fabric ruffle and elastic at the ankles. Both versions feature dolly sized appliques. Three designs are included in the pattern: balloons, kites and an ice cream cone.
