Cordie's Sundress size 3, 4, 5

This pretty sundress has a twirly skirt made up of three-tiers of ruffles. The dropped waist bodice has contrasting 1/2" ruffles at the neck and down each side of a contrasting button placket. Using five or six coordinating fabrics adds to the girlish charm.
