This top looks cute with everything! It comes with a 3/4" and short sleeve option. It has detailed instructions and photographs of how to do the shirring around the neck, sleeves, chest, and waist. Leave off the shirring around the waist and get a whole new look! I also included an option that adds a ruffle to the waist and it comes with the instructions for the headband as well.Some of the earlier patterns were missing the seam allowance. It is 3/8"
