Violettes Bleues is an adorable little girl's play drerss and panties pattern sized 6m-3yrs.  The play dress features a gathered neck edge bound with bias binding with ends extending into ties for the back opening.  The yoke gathers are secured with a holding band, allowing the yoke to form the puffing effect.  Narrow capped sleeves are gathered and bound with contrasting fabric and pleats beneath  the armhole provide added fullness.  The shaped Madeira hem is attached with the Point de Paris (Parisian) stitch by machine, but could also be worked by hand.  The matching panties feature elastic waisst and legs.
